Because quality customer service is an important part of the UNM way of business, we want to make sure you understand customer service the UNM way.

For these reasons you have been asked to complete this on-line tutorial. The focus of the tutorial is to give you information about customer service issues that you may encounter in your work at UNM and to provide you tips on how to best handle a variety of customer service scenarios.
