For these reasons you have been asked to complete this on-line tutorial. The focus of the tutorial is to give you information about customer service issues that you may encounter in your work at UNM and to provide you tips on how to best handle a variety of customer service scenarios.
We hope you learn and will implement these customer service techniques as you contribute to the overall success of UNM through your student employment position.

Attention Firefox users! It has come to our attention that when using Firefox, no record is made of completing the training module. We are working to resolve this issue, but until it is fixed, you should use a different browser. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Important: This training module is known to work in Firefox, Opera and
Internet Explorer on a Windows-based PC. This module is known to not work on Macintosh
systems. If the Flash movies do not play when you click on the 'Play' link,
you should upgrade your Flash player from the Macromedia site.
Note: you must click on Play to 'activate' the answers to each question. You can click on Play at any time — there is no need to wait for the flash movie to quit loading.
Attention Internet Explorer users: If you are using Internet Explorer on a computer running Windows XP with Service Pack 2 installed, it is possible that the Flash movies on the following pages will not function. Macromedia has instructions on enabling the Flash ActiveX control (which was disabled after the installation of SP2) here.
